Take advantage of our services and set up a deCODEhealth account.
In order to activate your account deCODE must first verify you as a licensed health care professional at a recognized healthcare practice or institution. If you are authorized by your institution or practice as the account administrator, you will also be able to accept other/new users from your institution into your deCODEhealth account.

Individuals and Patients
Ordering tests in deCODEhealth
Secure on-line ordering through your private deCODEhealth account.
Individual physicians and clinics can pay on-line using a valid and authorized credit card number.
Larger practices and healthcare organizations with sufficient test volume can enter agreements with deCODE to be invoiced on a monthly basis.
Customers in certain geographical areas may be referred to deCODE’s official distributors.
As our price catalogue varies for different parts of the world it is only visible in the on-line store, from within an established deCODEhealth account. The fastest way to find out what we can offer you is to sign-up.
If a sample collection kit is not available in your clinic at the time of ordering, you can order the test and have the kit sent directly to your patient’s address. He or she can perform the collection by cheek swab in few easy steps and subsequently ship the sample straight to deCODE in a pre-labelled envelope.

As a deCODEhealth account holder you are able to:

- Monitor the status of your orders.
- Review patient test results on-line.
- Search, sort and filter orders and results.
- Print-PDF reports and patient handouts.

- Share the results and comments with your patient through the patient’s private on-line account.
- Place yourself on our register to act as ordering physician for new patients.
- Combine test results with those from established risk assessment tools, including Framingham score for MI and Gail score for breast cancer.
Ask your EMR provider if deCODEhealth can be integrated into your patients’ electronic medical records.
deCODE provides an easy-to-use online interface and protocol for the integration of deCODEhealth into existing web-based EHR systems, seamlessly integrating deCODE test results into the hosting EHR system.
